Gideon woke up at 1:50 from a bad dream. He does this about once a week, and only takes about 30 seconds to go back to sleep once I curl up next to him in his bed
But while I was waiting for him to go back to sleep I accidentally read something upsetting, and so was still awake at 3.
Which is when Sophia came through after a nightmare. This only happens about once ever three months, and she was clearly quite upset.
I got her back to sleep in about ten minutes, but then felt totally stuck awake. In the end I did a Sedecordle as a way of taking my mind off things, and successfully got back to sleep about 3:25.
Today there will be a lot of yawning. And probably a cup of tea.
