Gideon was ill all of Friday night, not very with it yesterday, and
was like this at half past nine this morning. I was beginning to think
he'd be off school tomorrow.
20 minutes later he sat up and talked to us about ancient Greece for half an hour without hesitation or deviation (but with a fair amount of repetition).
Then he ate breakfast, talked a lot about going to "Earth" (turned out
to be Dynamic Earth), and now I'm on a bus with both of them to
Craigmillar Castle (as Jane is feeling too ill to join us, and I
clearly need to do something with them to use up some of their
energy)
