Wiiiii-splat

This is, of course, a lie, as I will explain in due course.
Following yesterday's fun and games in hospitals (detailed here - it was taken down at Erin's request until she'd had a chance to post herself) I headed over to her place this evening, armed with my finally-arrived Christmas present - a Wii.![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
diotina and 0olong arrived shortly after I did, and eduard_green has been staying over until Erin's back is better, so we all settled down to play with my new cool toy.
Which is very cool, and a great toy. But sadly not one I'll be able to play with myself again until Monday, as I'm playing Deadlands with Hugh, Meredith, Noah, Neil, Rob and Clare tomorrow, and then off to Manchester to visittaromazzy, ninox, apawson, somethingbrutal and babydyke_82 from Friday-Monday. So I've left it at Erin's until Monday evening (when we're gathering to eat Chinese takeout) - she can now play tennis, bowling, darts, whack-a-mole and various other sillinesses while she convalesces. I just hope she gets in the occasional outside walk too :->
Now - sleep. To dream of waving my arms wildly while tennis balls go entirely in the wrong direction, I suspect.
