Strange lack of sleep

Went to bed early at 10pm, feeling knackered and not entirely over my cold.

At 1:30 I gave up, having drifted in and out of sleep, woken up by even the smallest thing, when Lilian was also tossing and turning in the night, and moved to the spare bed. Where I still slept badly, but managed to get a few hours.

The wierd thing is that I didn't (and don't) feel sleepy.

I hope this goes away soon

Meanwhile

Brain worked well enough today to get the architecture sorted out for screen-validation.  Then left at 4pm because the hash-table code requires Jen, who had already left.

Went for a walk with Ed when I got back, all round the houses and through a little park, complete with river that we discovered a few weeks back.  Then back here for a West Wing episode (season 4 episode 2), and I've just organised PoisonDuk to join me and eduard_green at Constantine tomorrow (5:50, UGC).

Now, if I'd just feel tired so I sleep well tonight...

So, I was chatting to PoisonDuk earlier about meeting her for Constanine tomorrow - in which Keanu will face off against the devil for what, the third time?

And the conversation went a little something like this:

PD: Keanu's no James Spader, but I wouldn't kick him out of bed.
AD: Most Excellent!  *Guitar Solo*
PD: So, you and Ed are looking forward to the movie then :->  Which of you is Bill and which of you is Ted?
AD: Ed's Ted baby.  Ed's Ted.
