UK telecommunications company NTL has announced that it will start to roll out Video On Demand (VOD) services over its cable network by mid-2000.

After strenuous oppositing from a variety of sources to the appointment of a European Justice Minister who believes that homosexuality is a sin, the preseident has backed down after facingopen revolt of the EU parliament.

Nice to see our MSPs standing up for the right thing.
