Personally, I don't really care where 'the decade' ends or begins, since concepts like a decade as a unified thing are themselves artificial (and about as stupid as demanding their start date). I was admittedly a stickler about the millennium thing in the face of all the OMG WE R GOING TO DIEEEEEE END OF THE TWO THOUSAND YEEEERS SINCE JEEEEESUS PLAGUE AND FAMINE AND DESTRUCTIONNNNN nonsense, but that's neither here nor there.

Makes sense. LOVED the bit about how people who are sick get paid - because I know a lot of people who have to work in order to eat. *Grrrrrrrrr....* Universal Health Care!!!!
