They have a reciprocal agreement with Edinburgh Zoo, so if you're a member of one you can get into the other free. However, as Edinburgh also has Capybara, I'm unlikely to lure anyone down with that ruse...

I like the permanently supercilious look that capybaras have. It's something to do with having so much nose that it's impossible not to look down it.

It looks like a Nutria. They run wild in New Orleans and surrounding areas. Legend has it that a pair of them escaped the zoo during hurricane Betty and the rest is history. They have no natural enemies in the region and are the source of *much* destruction.
