I spent three episodes of Mad Men trying to work out where I recognised Francine from, and it turns out that she's the main character in The Book Group!

Ooh, and she's in later House too, by the looks of things.

She is in later House (from season 4), and I suggest that you stun into insensibility anyone who tries to tell you any more about it than this.

What alarmed me was discovering on rewatching Teachers that James Lance (Barney/Lachlan from The Book Group) is also Matt. Surely I must have spotted this at the time I was watching both of them on original broadcast...?

Don't think I ever made it to season 2 of Teachers (although I loved season 1) - I'll keep an eye out!
