I only made it part way through. The one thing I did notice was that they changed the size of the woman's breasts, but didn't do the same with the man's packet / bulge, which would have been funnier.

I thought just the same about the 'package' :-). I was impressed that the default girl at startup was actually a plausible physique. (sighs briefly, wishing to be 20 again...)
