i think its the coolest thing ever
espically when they film it and you see the little kids sitting on their hands, or putting it in their mouths and taking it out again.

The deferred gratification thing is a plot-element in B.F. Skinner's utopian novel Walden Two, which I seem to remember was first published in 1948. Members of utopia need to be trained from an early age...

It'd be interesting to have a big medical map of the world comparing various ailments to what's in the water. Admittedly, it would get kind of blurry in the US, what with all that bottled water.
