Date: 2009-04-08 03:00 pm (UTC)Microsoft certainly seems like a bit of a rival from inside IBM, but the GPL/SCO stuff is/was very much a side show. The core battle for me as an IBMer is DB2 vs SQL Server, Rational vs Visual Studio, Lotus vs Sharepoint, WebSphere vs IIS, etc.
