For those that didn't, here's the answers:
1) Including Erin, how many girlfriends have I had?
3. Which most of you got right. Marianne, Gina, Erin.
2) Andy's First Album
Guns and Roses - Appetite for Destruction. Again, majority answer.
3) Andrew's intoxicant of choice is
And most of you said Chocolate. Which I've been successfully avoiding for about 2 years, except for lapses at Hugh's roleplaying sessions and the occasional binge. The actual answer was d-lysergic acid diethylamide which less than a fifth of you got.
4) Science is:
a method of inquiry. Congrats to most of you.
5) Andrew moved to Edinburgh:
2&3 (for his new job and because he was fed up with Stirling). Andy steadfastly refused to move to Edinburgh for Erin and only changed his mind when he got a job here. Most of you had no idea at all.
6) Andy falls for
Smart chicks. Most of you said Mad Chicks, which I will generally agree equates to the same thing 80% of the time, but still....
7) Disney films are:
Fantastic! Except for the last few. Well, Atlantis wasn't very good and Treasure Planet has been described as "like watching Michael Eisner sodomise Robert Louis Stevenson." Lion King, on the other hand, is the bees knees.
8) The optimum game has X players (including me):
5! For goodness sake. 4 players plus GM is the optimum number. 6 players is definitely far too many. 5 is handy, but only so you still have 4 when one drops out.
9) Right now Andy is listening to:
The Requiem for a Dream Soundtrack. I don't own any Marilyn Manson and never have. I only ever liked a couple of tracks off of The Matrix soundtrack and I havent listened to much Divine Comedy since I went out with Gina. Apoptygma Berzerk was the only other real possible.
10) The best comic in the world is:
Cerebus. Then Cages. Then Signal to Noise. Then Sandman. Then Miracleman. Nobody at all voted for Cages! Shame on you!
And as Joe pointed out, there wasn't nearly as much about me in there as there ought to have been. Mostly because I didn't consider it that interesting. Which probably tells you something.

Date: 2003-02-04 02:48 am (UTC)I didn't think you had taken acid for years... I have trouble remembering why I ever thought it was a fun thing to do (which I did).
I think you've changed (for the better) if Erin wasn't a reason at all to move to Edinburgh.
I will never ever ever understand why (otherwise apparently sensible and discerning) people like Disney films.

Date: 2003-02-04 03:04 am (UTC)Erin wanted me to move to Edinburgh long before I did. I was resistant to the idea because I didn't need to or want to. It was only after (a)I realised how much of Edinburgh is made up of green and (b)I had a job here that I was convinced.
And I like Disney films because they appeal to my sense of humour.

Date: 2003-02-04 05:23 am (UTC)ah, a thing which I do possess, but which is apparently found weird by most folks.
I do hope that misplaced anthropomorphism leads to many more children being eaten by bears/apes/lions/dogs/etc. Now that would be funny :-)
