depends. :p

Being paid to do something you don't want to do is better than not being paid to do something you don't want to do. It is however not as good as being paid to do something you do want to do.
Not being paid to do something you want to do is good, but only if you have enough money from other sources.

Nakedness can be god or bad very much depending upon who it is being naked.

Pornography, good if it is to your taste, bad if it is not.

What he said.

But sometimes, being paid to do something you really enjoy doing takes the fun out of it, especially if the end product isn't yours in any meaningful way.

I'm personally not into any type of pron, but I appreciat ethat other folks get a lot of enjoyment out of it, and that doesn't affect me in any way, so it gets a 'good' vote.

This is all because you forgot to use capitals.

I refuse to choose between good and bad. I believe that it is possible to create pornography (let's not mince around with words like 'erotica') that doesn't denigrate, objectify or exploit either gender, but that much pornography doesn't meet these standards. It's also not to my taste, but that doesn't mean that I believe that it necessarily has a negative affect on its users.

Whether porn is good or bad depends primarily on the amount of free will the subject has.
If it's an entirely free choice made by somebody who has a range of other options for making money and has decided that this is what they want to do for reasons that make them feel good about themself then it's fine.
If not, then it's not.

Oh, and there's artistic merit issues too, but those are less important than human rights ones.

Curious...

To what extent are you inclined to apply this argument to tedious office or catering jobs, and so on?

The same applies.

Exploitation is exploitation, whether it's a sweatshop, an office where bullying is endemic, or a seedy movie set.

Being paid to do things when you'd rather be doing something else is good. Being paid to do things when you'd rather not be doing something else is better. Not being paid to do things you'd rather not be doing is bad. Being paid to do things you absolutely do not want to do, or not being paid to do things you absolutely do not want to do are very bad.

Nakedness is good. Some nakedness, of course, is more good than others.

Pornography is good provided all involved are adult (make of that what you will), all activities in the pornography are fully consentual and nobody is exploited, either physically, psychologically or monetarily.
