Photographs of scantily clad minors are wrong. Drawings of same are fine.

in a sexual context or at all? if the latter, it's at this point i usually start posting pictures of me age <5 playing naked.

Oh, okay. It would be a bit odd if LJ told me to get rid of my icon with me and my sister dressed up as 70's era power rangers.

The second 'banning' thing last year (boldthrough?) was over a picture of Harry Potter having sex with Snape.

No kids were involved (it was mediocre fanart) but accounts got banned because of it.
