andrewduckerJulie's down with a cold, so I left my family at 6:15 (when my Dad headed to the airport to fly home after a weekend's visit), dashed home, grabbed clothes for work, leaped on to a bus, and came over to hers to spend the evening patting her fevered brow.
Which wasn't _that_ feverish, so we went to the Co-Op together, bought food, made stir-fry together, ate it while chatting about our respective weekends, briefly sat on different computers, checking email, and IMing silly emoticons to each other before heading off to bed.
And it's a delightful fact of life that doing these little domestic things with her made me incredibly happy.
