You can skip the bit at the bottom about Valentine's Day, but unless you descended from Heaven in a great big glowing chair you have done at least one of the stupid things from the rest of the piece.

And let's face it, we can all do with reminding about what's right and what's wrong sometimes.

I like the bit about Valentine's day! It's so very true. It's easy to bemade to feel these days that because you celebrate it you're tacky.

I don't agree with everything he says, but most of it is spot-on sensible. And I can quite see the stuff that I don't agree with could work as a healthy way to be.
