Of course, of the 136,000 people they surveyed, only 808 got bladder cancer at all. So that's a 0.6% chance.

And then study showed that eating bacon five times a week incresed that by 59%. i.e. adding 0.35% onto your chances.

The report "also found that subjects who consumed bacon and other processed meats were more likely to smoke, consume more fat, take in fewer vitamins, and spend less time exercising."

So to be honest, as I eat bacon once every few weeks, rather than stuffing myself with it daily, and don't smoke, eat lots of green things and get at least a little exercise, I'm not too worried about the 0.35% chance.
