Anyone able to tell me why regedt32 won't start?

My first thought was virus/malware, but that doesn't seem to be the case, as multiple scans have found nothing.

Any suggestions? Anyone got XP SP2 and fancy transferring a clean copy to me to see if that fixes it?

You could try regedit as an alternative?
