I spend a lot of time reading things that are silly or frivolous. There's a lot of what I read that's interesting only to me, or a small subset of people. Occasionally I read something that actually feels important.

This starts off as being about one thing and then becomes about something else. Mostly it's about integrity, and how important it is. And it made me cry.

Go read it.

It made me actually send it in email to all those people that send me "patriotic" claptrap. I had friends die in a terrorist attack in Spain. I was the radioman on the boat that sent the captain's messages to the families.

Thanks for making sure we all got to see this.
