Aaaand relax

I felt pretty bad on Friday and _terrible_ yesterday. I think I had some kind of food-poisoning thing going on, and goodness knows my stomach wasn't happy. I felt weak all day and kept nearly falling asleep. Oh, and my entire body felt hyper-sensitive - when I put on my jacket (actually quite comfy) it felt like rubbing sandpaper up my arms.

So I crashed out early last night, and despite strange fever-ish dreams I now feel a lot better. Not _fine_, but significantly improved. My stomach still hurts, but I'll just eat sensibly and avoid anything that feels wrong. Porridge first. Mmmmmm.

The skin sensitivity thing with me usually indicates I am running a temperature.

I had a few hours of unhappy stomach on Saturday. I blame the cream sauce on my pub meal. Or maybe chicken stuffed with haggis is just a bad plan with or without cream sauce....
