I just found my copy of "Violence: The roleplaying game of egregious and repulsive Bloodshed".
Must re-read it when I have a moment.

I bet someone has actually TRIED though. They may even have tried balancing the rules.
I downloaded it...I was going to suggest my RP group could use it as light relief if we get tired of d20 Iron Kingdoms. That or Paranoia XP.
