Have been dragged into the hell that is tidying my room. You'd think that by the age of 32 I'd have got the hang of it, but no. It takes Erin sitting on the bed pointing at things and Eduard_Green occasonally popping in from the kitchen to offer wry quips to actually get me going.
Still, doesn't take that long, and soon it'll be tidy enough for Erin to get the last of her stuff out of my room. W00t.

Date: 2005-04-18 08:04 am (UTC)In our house the bedroom is tidy, the bathroom is tidy, the front room of the (2 room) kitchen is tidy - nothing else is (the room next to the living room, known as 'the chart room' WAS tidy but the table is utterly stacked with charts, boat books, almanacs, pencils, compasses etc). Living room varies according to when Sean has a 'Taz does cleaning moment' - but there is too much stuff in ot ever to be actually tidy.
It's only in the past 2 years that the bathroom and bedroom have had the floor cleared and stayed cleared.
