1. good. not good enough, but better. though i guess more dodgy mates will get stuffed in there in future in return for money/favours.
2. it IS annoying, but I am a weather freak and ALWAYS look at the details. I am sure lots of folks do too.

1. I wondered if they were ever going to get around to finishing cleaning this up. You know that even the reform of 1911 was supposed to be a first stage that was never returned to.

4. The trailer makes this sound a lot more amusing than simply appalling, except for one thing: the main interviewee has a strange voice that I cannot make out much of what he's saying.

I read that the bill was passed after a deal to give some of the hereditary peers life peerages, so they won't lose their jobs but their sons cannot have them next.
