So, you can count on her abilities to get through in life. Like my daughter, who was kind of in control; at 21 she had founded a company, travel.ru, and was its CEO for about a decade.

I explain it by having a father that respects one's freedom and initiative.

At first I thought: "Oh, her hair hasn't grown because it still reaches up to her middle" and then I realised that she must have grown, and that means her hair is absolutely longer, but not relatively.
