5. Sadly I believe that the judge was right; participating in an event in uniform is not being impartial.
If the police were merely standing there and talking calmly to those around them, that would be fine.

If Linzi Smith thinks Pride is a biased event where the impartiality of the police needs to be upheld, I suggest that she is in danger of breaching the peace herself.
