Alcohol is still the medication of choice for endometriosis since: it works, it's available, it's also a blood thinner, it's less toxic than other pain killers.

Also still the best medication for essential tremor.

Aspirin is another painkiller that thins blood. Is it effective at killing endometriosis pain ?

In my experience alcohol only kills pain in significant doses, though it is much more readily available than aspirin.

So far as I am aware, the medication of choice for endometriosis is the contraceptive pill and/or painkillers with anti-inflammatory effect, like ibuprofen. My gynaecologist certainly never suggested alcohol.

Birth control pills and NSAIDS reach an upper limit pretty fast. You can't take more birth control or NSAIDs. You can drink until you don't feel anything or black out.
