Very cool, if true

If I recall right, in Denmark, any house unoccupied for 2 years is either demolished or compulsory purchased. In any case, they have laws to deal with it. I think laws are needed, to be honest. But given the state of backlogs in the UK courts, maybe they could not be effective...
