Conservative-aligned provincial governments across Canada as well, I suspect, are operating along similar lines. Because IDU doctrine, right?

3. The i almost fails to mention the team behind this paper (there is a casual reference to "Dr Barnes") and the reference for the difficulties of diagnosis before the age of three excludes the use of MRI, so I am not clear whether this is really about AI or MRI.

If we need AI and MRI, it may be difficult to bring out science which could lead to more than just diagnosis.
