Oh, it totally will, for any country that does it. Large swathes of Europe will, and so will the USA if they don't go back to the Republicans.

It just really winds me up that we just have such a crap government, with every iteration getting crapper, and not just for us in the UK, but it will affect the future of the planet and all its inhabitants.
