Date: 2022-06-25 03:36 pm (UTC)I'm not sure from the article if the inability to balance is predictive of falls (so we should all be practising balance), or more indicative of general poor muscle tone, or a side-effect of other serious but perhaps yet unknown illnesses. Likely all 3!

Since I already have vertigo and balance issues, I have to practice very day both to maximize my tolerance of the vertigo (teach my brain to function even though it thinks the world is moving) and to keep my ankles strong and my system reactive to lack of balance.
