and btw, i am convinced that Analysis is just a math-geek version of a freshman's "hell week".... if we don't pass Analysis than we won't be allowed to enter their frat...

1) Yes, transit integration is a wonderful thing. Or would be, if we had it. It's common to arrive at a transfer station between systems only to find that the train you want has just left and there won't be another one for 30 minutes (or an hour, if it's mid-to-late evening). Great if you're going in the other direction, though, I suppose.

3) Did I miss it, or did they leave out the absolute classic, Fermat's wonderful proof that he didn't write down because it wouldn't fit in the margin of the book he was annotating?

They had "proof by lack of sufficient time". Lack of sufficient space is only a minor variation on that :-)
