4 That's a really good way to make sure you never get access to your grandchildren should the couple ever decide to have any kids!

Yeah. If I were the couple and we did eventually decide to have kids, we'd tell the grandparents there's an admission fee to see them. Right around $940k... What were they thinking? Even if they win (the suit) they lose (the family). And winning the suit sounds unlikely, though maybe the Indian court will surprise us all.
