How on earth can your cat's bum be as big as your child's?

(I assume it's a foreshortening effect of the phone camera - or that is one very scary cat!)

Jim weighs about 4.5kg.

He's quite large for a cat that isn't a Maine Coon or cross thereof.

Yeah, having to host your photos elsewhere does make it harder. It also means your DW posts rely on the stability of third-party sites, as I've come to discover with some pictures that were apparently hosted on Google+ (oops).
