Date: 2022-03-13 04:38 pm (UTC)How is that guy a lead? Shouldn't one of the chief concerns of UX be to actually make the UX fit both the needs of the player and the game? And just because the overall design of elden rings of different doesn't mean it's bad, it's just different and has different goals than the UBI collectathons. The fact the UX guy thinks all one needs is such an interface in apparently every open world game is disturbing. I hope it's just that he's young and new.
Because if not, this is why we have such a mess of samey games.
