I can't bring myself to be too sad about Russian vaccination rates.

I feel at least somewhat sad for ordinary Russians. Particularly the ones who would rather not be ruled by corrupt oligarchs.

But also, yes, it's hilarious.

The moral of the story seems to be that memetic virii, like physical ones, do not quietly respect national borders. This is basically a propaganda containment breach.
