Wow! Fantastic. Now maybe also vaccinate the boys too? Cos HPV itself can be horrible (someone I know gets bad attacks and has been in hospital 3 times in the last year)

They don't in your region? It's given to all students here.

Although when it first came out here, my pharmacist objected to filling my prescription for it because I'm cis-male.

I'm in Germany now (last 6 years) - I have no idea what they do here. But it seems they definitely were not vaccinating boys 15-17 years ago when my friend was a teen here in DE. I'd bet not girls either! I was already way too old when the vaccine came out in UK (but subsequent tests in my 40s indicated I didn't have it - or anything else, thankfully! Another minus point to Germany - no free STI testing)

I'm surprised at the lack of free STI testing. If you want to prevent spread then free testing has to be way up there in effectiveness
