Last night, snow and hail. Today it's a picnic in the heart of the city.

Only 6 degrees, but in the sunshine it's warm enough to take off our coats and two of us have our socks off.

(Sophia is happily stealing bits of Jane's sushi. Gideon is happily stealing whatever he can get his hands on - currently trying to stuff an entire strawberry into his face.)

We're just over the border from Wales and as everyone knows, it rains all the time there!

We've had three days of howling wind. Not quite, but all my chimes and clonkers are ringing and clonking (coconut ones) and doinging and tinkling (little ones) and bonging. We seldom feel the wind in this protected place, but wowee.
