Date: 2021-03-13 04:34 pm (UTC)I wonder if all techs are as lazy as ours. We need to do audits, but we never invest time/manpower to do so.
So because we don't audit, our records are wrong in many cases, and people get assigned a wrong pair.
Half the time the tech is just too lazy to do even a basic look for theirs (I blame the time constraints over the techs themselves, at least to a degree). I'm done arguing with them and just help them out, other of my compatriots try to force them to look so we DO get better records... and I just can't handle arguing. Especially when our management gets mad at us for arguing. So it's like - ok, do we get good records or not?
Telecom is a horrible business... Fascinating but awful.
