That's Jane's book collection. She's the one who studied old English at university!

My first degree was also in old and middle English before I caught history which was why I recognised some of the volumes! :o)

Jane's degree was joint English/French, her MLitt is in Medieval English and her PhD would have been in French if circumstances had not been as they were.
