Looking at her expression, and the way she's holding the handlebars, that is a child posing for a photo rather than one who is riding a bike.

(But not unhappy, I think)

There is a little puzzlement and a little calculation. Willing to comply with the request to "smile for the camera" but not sure where this will lead or whether there will be a payoff. It might also contain the expression of a child who has met a peppy chummy caregiver, and is not quite sure whether it is appropriate to laugh at them.
