One question: it refers to "Defendant Donald J. Trump." When was he sued or indicted for any of this?

I think it says something that the US government will pay to airlift goats out of an area where they get in to fights with humans but won't just shoot the goats and are reluctant to pay for medical care for people who have been gored by a goat but won't stop them shooting each other.
