I read this article a few days ago, finally got half an hour free just now, and have been listening to Billie Eilish non-stop since then.
Totally loving her voice, and her music in general.

And I _love_ how much there is out there, and that there's no ransacking obscure record shops, or having to work out what was worth paying money just to try listening to (which was basically my two options as a teenager, as nearly none of the music of the music I loved when I was younger got radio play). I can go from never having heard of someone to loving some of their music in 30 seconds.

It's still great to discover a rewarding music vein to mine - currently I've been excavating the Independent Music Podcast.
