I saw the trailer for Watership Down and was instantly transported back to childhood trauma and sobbing.

It looks incredibly well made, but I will not be watching.

The school story sounds horribly familiar. In my case, as victim, there was simply no support or follow up and when I started teaching 'at risk' kids myself it was a constant fight to get the various departments involved to talk to one another or to put the kids' needs first.

I don't believe things have got any better on that front.

If that's what the Watership Down adaptation is going to be like, it will be simply ghastly. Hideous mush dialogue and a lot of shots of rabbit arses.
