Broadcasting Live Theatre

To be precise, the article isn't about broadcasting live theatre. That would be recording a performance in an actual theatre (think about the Fathom broadcasts in theatres of the Broadway cast of Allegiance, for example), where you are recording a live stage production. The link, although quite interesting, is about broadcasting live performance. The "live musical" notion on TV has moved rapidly away from the theatrical style (think Sound of Music or Peter Pan, where they did it with more theatrical sets and often a single stage) to a more "live performance of a theatrical property" (which would cover both Hairspray and Grease, for example, which had a much more expansive set).

Is turnabout fair play, in this case?

It's Looking Extremely Likely That QAnon Is A Leftist Prank On Trump Supporters

Haven't read beyond the headline but I've been reading all the explainers on QAnon out in the last week and came to the same conclusion. These are sick lefties, though, because Trumpsters are so naive/gullible you can't make them not believe all the crazier stuff (they moreso tend not to believe the truth).

I've often thought the way to get all the Trumpsters back on Team Blue (many of them were on Team Blue to begin with!) is to start a sort of QAnon Lite/sham leftist online media - you'd make up things the way Trumpster media currently does, only slanted against the right rather than the left.

Example: "Trump is a dark money worshiping Hillary Clinton supporting child-porn watching baby kidnapper for the deep state over at the DC Metro Pizza Parlor" - with blanket, non-stop, 24/7 "coverage" of such stories until they're all so full of heebie-jeebies going "Hubba wubba what" they finally throw actual bricks at their TVs to turn FOX News off for good.

My idea's almost as sick as all the QAnon nonsense, which was obviously a social experiment to prove what Trumpsters are made out of and serves no other useful purpose, but with enough time, patience, and outrageous ingredients, it could work to actually accomplish something besides proving a lot of his voters are just plain stupid.

You could pretty much run a sideshow of such media built off similar ingredients to what you see on the right now without compromising the integrity of mainstream news, just with the flags reversed (much as what goes on now), so I'm not really seeing a downside, not if it gets some of them back over to us. What's true or not true a) doesn't matter a whit to them, anyhow and b) can always be straightened out after the votes are counted.

Incidentally, I'd love to see the day the right had to turn strait-laced fact-checker types on the left- I'd laugh and laugh and laugh.
