I like the song, so I looked up more info on it. It's from the 2006 album "Blue Potential" - all orchestral versions of Jeff Mills songs. This song was originally from the 1997 "Kat Moda" EP, and is referred to as a "techno anthem" so it must have been very popular back then. So it's a 10-year old remake of a 19-year old song. I like this orchestral version better than the original version on Youtube though.
