C.R. Smith screwed the windows up when they fitted them for the previous owners and they were so drafty we had them replaced as part of the build for half the cost of a specialist window fitter. C.R. Had previously declined to remediate or discount remediation of the fitting, falling back on TS & Cs, effectively blaming the previous owners for not knowing enough about Windows.

Premier Roofing (who rebuilt our roof) also does small builds and elements of construction including Windows and offers to beat any quote and offers a competitive guarantee. They fitted the velux above our bed and did a really nice finished job at an agreeable cost. I'd recommend them.
