I read an article recently (it may have been one of your links) talking about the legal ramifications of the 'yes means yes' movement when it comes to crimes involving sex. It seemed to me that having some way of memorializing consent was going to need to come into it.

Which doesn't mean that this app is the solution, of course. But if we start memorializing consent as a default, then the issue of coerced consent is going to come up, regardless of the method.
