This may be a hoax, but you may just remember when Strood got brand new lights some years ago? Fetching shades of red green and amber snowflake shapes half way up lamp posts and the like.

Given Medway's plague of traffic lights (and that's another story entirely)they had to be taken down after the first fifteen traffic accidents.........
