One thing I haven't brought myself to try is chronotherapy, where you make your bedtime two hours later every night until you go right round the clock and are going to bed at a normal time. I'm reluctant as it's gruelling and there's no guarantee it will work.

Welcome to my life :-(

If I'm stuck with a regular schedule, I can do it but I get worse and worse as time goes on and need time to reset fairly regularly. The pushing it back thing sort of works for me, except that's me every day, I do at least get chunks of time when I'm waking up early and then chunks of time when I'm living "normal" hours, but they never last long then I'm back to hating mornings and getting the kid to school, etc.
