I can never seem to find any article you link to on Quartz. It appears to be a twitter-like mass of random articles, rather than the one detailed in the link you posted!

IE at work, which may explain it. The URL does something I've not seen before, your link is there, but then it dynamically changes to match whatever news story happens to be on screen as I scroll.
